CNC Turning

CNF Precision Engineering Ltd provide high precision CNC turning and CNC Mill/Turn ranging from standard 2 axis CNC lathes through to 13 axis sliding head CNC lathes and full 5-axis twin spindle and twin turret turn/mill centres. We offer the manufacture of turned parts and components from a wide range of materials which include: Aluminium, Brass, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Speciality Alloys, Inconel, Tantalum, Titanium, Plastics, Carbon Steels and Tungsten.

We ensure consistent quality with components manufactured to Aerospace AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 standards. We are geared to take a prototype concept and see it through to volume manufacture, from prototype ‘1 offs’ through to the high volume manufacture of many tens of thousands of parts. Bar feed capacity from 3mm diameter through to 66mm diameter and billet capacity up to 8” diameter.Our maximum turning length is up to 600mm.
