CNC Milling

CNF Precision Engineering offer the precision CNC milling of components from a wide range of materials for many different industry sectors including: Aerospace, Defence, Medical, F1, Motorsport, Scientific, Electronics, Subsea, Oil & Gas, medical, Automotive to name but a few. We manufacture milled components in all batch sizes, from prototypes to high volume batch runs of many tens of thousands. Our CNC Milling capacity ranges from a very modern, temperature controlled plant of standard 3 axis vertical machining centres through to multi axis, and multi pallet, robot fed machining centres. We have over 30 pallets of 4-axis Horizontal CNC capacity, 43 pallets of simultaneous 5-axis capacity and standard 3-Axis milling machines all with 4 Axis trunnions as required.

The multi pallet systems fitted to the machining centres mean they can run lights out and unmanned from 7am to 7pm and all weekend, being loaded by robots. The machines are also fitted with laser tool breakage detection and Renishaw probing for total quality assurance. All components are manufactured to ISO9001:2015 and Aerospace AS9100 rev D standards.
